Clan Camp Gaming provides gaming news, cosmetic information, Discord shop alerts, and a merchandise store at clancamp.gg. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
- Website activity: Our hosting and analytics services receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, referring pages, and approximate location.
- Discord alerts: When you connect Discord, we use your Discord user ID and the cosmetic you select to save your alert and record its delivery status. Authorization also lets us add you to the Clan Camp Discord server. We do not receive your Discord password.
- Comments and requests: We collect the name, email address, and message or request details you submit. Published comments show your display name and comment, but not your email address.
- Purchases: Our merchandise checkout is provided through Shopify, which processes the order, contact, shipping, and payment information needed to complete a purchase.
How we use information
We use this information to run and protect the site, understand which content visitors use, deliver requested shop alerts, review comments, handle purchases, and respond to privacy requests.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, analyze usage, and support advertising. You can set your browser to refuse all or some cookies, or to alert you when cookies are set. If you disable cookies, some features of the site may not function properly.
Analytics and advertising

Discord processes account authorization, server membership, and direct messages. Google provides analytics and advertising services, and Shopify handles merchandise checkout. Embedded videos and other third-party content may receive technical information when you load or interact with them. Those services have their own privacy policies.
We may also disclose information when required by law or when needed to investigate abuse and protect the site and its users. Service providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States.
Retention and security
We retain information as needed to provide the features you use, handle requests, maintain service records, and meet legal obligations. Access to stored alert and form information is restricted. No internet service can guarantee complete security.

You can manage optional analytics and advertising cookies using Cookie preferences in the footer. We honor Global Privacy Control as a request to opt out of optional advertising.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, or to opt out of its sale or sharing for advertising purposes. To exercise these rights, use our privacy request page or email privacy@clancamp.gg. For requests concerning Discord alerts, include the Discord user ID associated with your subscription.
We may need to verify your identity before responding to a request. Certain information may be retained where required for legal or security purposes.
Children’s privacy
Clan Camp Gaming is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, contact privacy@clancamp.gg. We will review your request and delete information where required by applicable law.
